Farewell T.I.P

This "Paper Trail" album was sick. But T.I.P sentence date was Match 27, 2009. T.I made it clear to his partners, his family, and all of his fans that he didn't want anyone to come and visit him in a jail cell because he wanted the people to remember T.I.P as the good guy and not the T.I who started trouble.

To come to think about it outside of the rap game T.I was a good guy because a few months before his incarceration he promised to the judge that he would change the lives of seven young teens before he was sent to jail.

He did this through a show called "T.I's Road To Redemption". This show was hot and I watched every episode at least twice. He was very calm and patient with the teens he dealt with. He also served 1000 hours of community service. This process wasn't easy because at the same time he had to be a father, a rapper, change 7 lives, do his community service, and deal with the fact that he was going to be sent to jail pretty soon. His time that he spent with his family was limited. His TV show with the kids came out successful for each teenager because he showed them what the future was offering them and what they could be doing better with their lives. In the end, T.I.P was sentenced to a year and a day in federal prison and will be missed. Although the "Paper Trail" album still gets burn on TV and the radio. T.I.P turned himself in Tuesday morning to the Federal Correctional Facility and has officially began serving his 1yr and a day jail time. T.I.P came to his hometown "ATL" and came out strong with a farewell performance at "Atlanta's Phillip's Arena"!! T.I.P has left at the top of this game and is assured to come back at the top!!!!!!

T.I.P VS. T.I.P

It's like this guy is a lyric guru he puts anything to paper and drops it when he wants to. Anyways he dropped another album "KING". I mean this album wasn't wack but he's done better in the past it had about 4 hit songs. In my opinion! But this guy was still keeping all ATL and a 100% real!!

T.I thought that of this brilliant idea to have the people vote on who would be the better artist T.I or T.I.P which both guys are T.I!!!! T.I is brilliant, the fans love a good fight. So this album had song that T.I made and songs that T.I.P made which is smart you should always single out certain music for fans to hear from certain people...... Over this 07' heat blasting Summer T.I made a video for the hit song off of his album called "Big Things Popping (Do It)." This was the only video made off this album. Keep in mind that this song clearly starts off with T.I and T.I.P in a trailer doing push-ups and the video makes it clear on which one is which. I the beginning it's obvious that their doing a push-up contest and the last one to 100 push-ups has to clean the trailer. How Funny? Anyways T.I.P wins and then gloats by telling T.I to keep the trailer spic & span and he’ll bring him a groupie back. I was dying the first time I that but if I was in that kind of situation I would of been tight!! In the video as T.I.P walks on stage he says "Here we go again folks...Ight T.I I’m a show you how to do this son." This song was getting so much burn off the Internet, the TV, the radio, and anything else that plays music, their was no need to make a second video off his album. T.I.P won the fight. This album sold more than 5,000 copies in the first week.
Then the drama caught back up to T.I.P was charged with illegal possession of firearms. Damn. T.I was all over the news with this one and the Feds. were not letting this one slide. Well once again T.I dropped his latest and most famous album "Paper Trail". Obviously he knew he wasn't making out of this one so he made 5 videos from songs off of his latest album. "No Matter What", "Live Your Life", "What Up, What's Haapnin", "Dead And Gone", and "Whatever You Like" . Each of these videos had a significant lesson to them

"No Matter What" was basically telling his fans that no matter what the results are for me jail or rap I’m a still be their on way or another.

"Live Your Life" I mean the point of the song is the name just live your life and stop worrying about yesterday or anything but what's going on now live your life!!!

"Whatever You Like" in my opinion is kind of like a farewell love song towards his girl since he as going away!.!

"What Up, What's Haapnin is deading a beef between T.I Shawty Lo. Which has been going on since the T.I vs. T.I.P album. Shawty Lo was planning on making a song called Let's get it and T.I.P wanted to get on the track and I'm assuming that Shawty Lo played him. So then T.I.P dropped "Big Things Poppin" in this song he says "I told him I was king and the lame started laughing, same sucka now want the king on the track with him." Strong words.

"Dead And Gone" is basically about how T.I.P has realize the mistakes he has made and made in the past and the last few months of his freedom life are coming to an end he wanted to say that he is no longer the trouble some T.I.P.

T.I.P Coming Up

T.I in this past year has successfully done what he claims he's done, he always says that he made it from the bottom to the top where he's oughta be!! That is completely true because I remember when he made his TV debut with that ATL style music. This song was called "24's" it was basically about money rolls, cars& clothes, and he said that "that's how all his partners roll." Really simple to understand. But it was more than just a song to me because during that summer every BBQ I went to I heard that song at least a good 3 times. It was a cool song so it wasn't a problem to me. This song came off the album "Trap Muzik". Then T.I came out with his rubber band stack in his videos. This is where he actually began to earn his name. At this point I just at T.I like ... O.K he's a good rapper. I was still waiting to see when was he going to explode lyrically and tear the game up.

This guy is a beast who drops 2 albums in two years but anyways in 2004 he dropped "Urban Legend". I can't lie T.I made his mark and done he put out that he was going to become the best. This guy was sick he showed his true his true colors in two songs off that album "ASAP" and "You Don't Know Me". Don't get me wrong the whole album was hot but T.I said it straight "I don't if you at my shows and you waiting on me." And he still gets sold out concerts. This guy is ruthless. That's why he is a very respectable rapper he;s too real for this game. Too real.

Soulja Boy Is The Worst Rapper In History!!!!!!

Soulja Boy is the worst rapper in the world. He dropped his album a while ago and I only listen to a couple of songs such as "Turn My Swag On" and "Birdwalk". However he seems to keep the audience hooked to his music because of his catchy beats.

Soulja Boy has been an undergroung rapper for along time and the song that got him recognized on youtbe was a song call "I Got Me Some Bapes". Which also had tough beat and it got everybody wearing bapes. Soulja's first TV debut was a song called "Crank Dat". He is garbage but at this point everyone liked Soulja Boy because every one was doing his dance. Then he came out with another variety of wack songs and they all had had catchy beats. Soulja Boy then made his own line called "Yaahhh". Which is supposed to be used if like someone is bothering you or annoying you, you just be like yahh trick. But that line was okay for a minute but then when he came out with this new album.
This man's album is called iSoulja Boy Tell Em'. How stupid that is almost the same thing as his first album which also trash. On this album this clown has songs with irrational names that didn't even makes sense. A couple of songs on his album are okay like the two songs I mentioned before and one more that I forgot to mention which is called "Kiss Me Thru The Phone". The song is catchy but nobody kisses each other thru the phone.
Back to what I was saying before Soulja Boy has a song on his album called "Wit My Yumz On".
What is a yum? That term doesn't make any sense what so ever. That song is horrible. This song is crap after 47 seconds. I listen to the whole thing but the song is downright doo-doo. Another song he has on his album is called "I'm Bout Tha Stax". He echoes himself in the chorus and his flow is so horrendous. In my opinion Soulja Boy just shows teenage students that you don't need an education in order to be what you can be in life. Soulja Boy is a big joke. He makes today's rap music look garbage!!!!

Jadakiss (The Last Kiss) !!!

With Jadakiss dropping his new album "The Last Kiss" he has nothing but vacation and glory to look forward to. Due to the fact that the hit single "Can't Stop Me" is mad hot. The beginning just shows how real Jada is by making the first couple of words in his song so official. In the beginning of the second verse I believe that the big black bald guy is Jada's dad. They resemble each other to the max. Jada is because nobody can stop him he continuously drops album after album. He is truly a dedicated impeccable lyricists. The video sets the perfect tone for the lyrics and that shows Jada can't be stopped by anyone in this rap industry.

Jada has been in the game for mad years and to be honest he's my favorite rapper. Not to brag but he will eat any rapper in a battle. His lines is so explicit and real. Jada shows it out any time he has the chance for example in that new song "Who's Real". Kiss went in, like normal. I was suprised when i saw Jada in a song that featured OJ da Juiceman but I wasn't so much surpised to see Swizz Beatz because he makes some of the hottest beats for most of these rappers. This song gets played on Hot 97 top 8 at 8 every night. The top 8 at 8 is basically a playlist of 8 songs and it comes on the radio at 8' o clock. It plays all the time.
Jada also showed expressed his gentlemen side through one of his latest songs "Letter To B.I.G".
It gave a chance to express his feeling while still maintaining his gangsta composure. Jada is on his way to being the best!!

Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne, Lil Wayne, Lil Wayne. If I had to say everything I had to say about Weezy I would end up blogging for the rest of my life. For example I hate it when people say that this drug addict is the best rapper alive. I hate it so much.

This man does nothing but drink syrup, get blazed off mad nuff drugs and run his damn mouth on the mic. Perfect example "I Feel Like Dying". What? I heard that before he got in the booth to sing that song he was high off Crack, Heroin, Marijuana, and the famous white cup drink that has now been officially been censored in all his videos "Syrup". Syrup is a drink that was told to give you excruciating stomach pain. Anyways Weezy sounds like he's 4seconds away from death in that song. He said some of the craziest stuff in that song. For all the people who enjoy weed and music, if you haven't heard "I Feel Like Dying" then no offense you really must be an idiot who's been living under a rock your entire life.

Lil Wayne brought Drake up through another song called "Every Girl".
Drake would be nothing without Weezy. This song simply opened Drake's name in this game.
I'm just going to get off task real quick because I will give Weezy his props because he dropped "Weezyaveli", "Da Drought 3", and most importantly "Da Carter 3"!!! I cant front I listened to each song off all 3 albums. I had the whole Carter 3, 15 songs off Da Drought 3, and the whole Weezyaveli album all on my PSP. Weezy does rap better when he's high but I just can't respect that because theirs no effort being put into the song. Weezy has morphed through these 3 albums because that's when he became a tattoo monster and now he has a tat on his palm. It's CRAZY!!!
He also started up his own stuff when he got all these people wearing Red Skinny Jeans. Which is cool. Weezy is a weird dude because loook at his outstanding and unignorable performance in "We Takin Over". He tore that track up he pulled off the best to the wickedest beat. Weezy went off.
But now he's proceeding more off to the Rock star side of this industry with his latest hit that had every supporting his movement. This song is called "Prom Queen". It's very simple Weezy was a High School dork and he asked the most popular girl in the school to go to prom with him and she said Helll noo. He was tight but this high school dork grew up to be the emphasis Lil' Wayne that everyone loved. This girl wound up being the Prom Queen. She gets Pregnant and has to mature her life. A few years later she goes to a Weezy concert and realizes that the guy on stage is the guy that she rejected for High School Prom. It's real ironic!!!
But I can't respect because he just disrespects the game and their are plenty of underground rappers who look up to him and imagine if 10 new artists were to come into the game and sing the same kind of crap that Weezy does.. It would be hectic..

808's & Heartbreak

Kanye West dropped another September album called "808's and Heartbreak". I might be a little bit late with this one but Kanye has put major effort into creating this album because this album dropped in September and one of the songs on the album he just made a video for it. Kanye is 100% unpredictable and Authentic. This was maybe Kanye's 2ND best album considering that so far all of his albums you could sit back and let the entire album play. Kanye made 4 videos off his latest album. "Love Lockdown", "Heartless", "Welcome To Heartbreak", and most recently "So Amazing". All of these songs are hot. Love Lockdown was very artistic with the traditional costumes but the beat was so original and his voice in that song was off the chart. "Heartless" had me going because he just more artistic with the videos. He had the digital Kanye. His cheekbones was mad real. I thought it was classic to add "The Jetsons" paintings on his apartment walls. I was like yooooooooooo this dude Kanye is official. Then came "Welcome To Heartbreak" this song blew my mind, then came the video ahww man. The physical features of the video was all perfectly timed, perfectly pictured (colored). Then came the beat and finally the lyrics. This song was made to perfection. "So Amazing wasn't really that artistic with the video but the lyrics are totally tough. I love the chorus.
Kanye is moving on up in this game with the new release of new Nike sneaker. This sneaker is featured in Keri Hilson's new hit called "Knock You Down". Kanye has those on his feet. Their really hot, I would get them. I remember last summer when Kanye did the "Loili-Pop Remix" with Weezy that Kanye part was so official!!!

Kanye went in on this album. Kanye is showing that he has the smarts to be one of the best artistic mind....I wonder what's next!!

FLASHBACK OF THE DAY

These three artists have been in the game for a while now and they have offered major contributions to the game and this song set it off for me to automatically choose this song fot the flashback of the week.

YouTube - Twista feat. Kanye West & Jamie Foxx - Slow Jamz ...

THROWBACK OF THE WEEK

This song is mad nuff hot!!! I heard it the other day on VH1.
Just coming to remember this was in "Freedom Writer's" while those two girls was ddoing their make-up.
They have mad 90'zz swag. It's official.

YouTube - Digable Planets - Rebirth Of Slick (Cool Like Dat)

JAM OF THE WEEK

Keri Hilson ft. Kanye West & Ne-Yo "Knock You Down"

Eminem

Wuz Good Yalll. Eminem o' boy, o' boy.... For all these years everyone been saying that Eminem was on crack (cocaine). I don't even know why everyone been saying that but a couple of weeks ago Em came out and confessed that he has in the past overdosed on pounds of crack (cocaine).

His excuse was ridiculous, he said that Crack drug abuse runs in his family. WOOOOOOOOOOW!!!! How could he say something like that. However Eminem has bigger and better things to look forward to since he dropped his new album "Relapse". The first song that I heard off that album is called "We Made You". I thought that song was trash. But i listened to it, did some research and comes to find out Eminem implied that the song was just a collage of reverse psychiatry towards all these women that he knows wouldn't date him. The song is suppose to get them like him. How funny? The females in the song are ( Ellen DeGeneres, Amy Blake, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, Sarah Palin (she's hot), Lindsey Lohan, Jessica Alba, and one more girl.

The song is extremely funny, for example the scenario where Eminem is dressed up as Tony Romo and he's with Jessica Simpson. If your a football fan like me you would know that at one of his games Jessica Simpson was promised to attend one of his games. In the end she couldn't make it. That day the Cowboys played the Eagles and their was a girl who looked just like Jessica Simpson. Tony Romo was mesmerized by her looks and loss the game. He was tight. In this song the Jessica Alba thing is also funny. She snuffed him out.

One song that I nod my head to my neck breaks is "Crack A Bottle" !!!
Another tough song on this album is called "3 AM".

These song are tough!!!!

D Cole & DJ Webstar

D Cole is pathetic. He is trying his hardest to create his own Get-Liite beats but continuously fails. This guy is really a bum and the thing that had me going crazy the other day was when I found out that he dropped a song called "Aim Me". When I first heard I thought it was O.K!! But after a week i was checking to see what Webstar had to beat that but come to find out Webstar has a song called "Aim So Crazy".

Honestly, I really don't care who dropped their song first even though I'm sure it was Webstar. These two songs sound exactly alike but Webstar has lyrics in his song. Fat D Cole just has the beat. (No Offense). If these aren't friends and I was Webstar I would punch D Cole in his face or battle him one or the other.

Drake Is Not The Future

Although Drake does come out some hard punchlines I somehow cant respect him. Due to the fact that he is so soft in DeGrassi. I know it's all acting but you can't come off of a TV show and want to be the future of rap music, it's no way. Morever Drake dropped a really good song called "Best I Ever Had".

I enjoy that song every time it comes on the radio. He should make a video. The song has plenty of catchy lines and you will be nodding your from the beginning to the end. Last but least Drake wouldn't be nothing without Weezy!!!! I know that for a fact.
